ERIC M. DAHL is EMS Aviation’s Account Manager of Military Sales for the Americas. He has more than 20 years of Satellite Communications Experience having worked at the National Security Agency (NSA), COMSAT Aeronautical and Stratos Aeronautical. Dahl is also a seasoned aviator having flown EA-6B Prowlers as an NFO off the carriers America, Coral Sea and Enterprise. During that time he certified as a Mission Commander and Function Check Flight Officer - conducting acceptance flights after major rework (i.e. new fuel cells, engine replacement, hydraulic work etc). He has a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Science from the US Naval Academy, a Masters degree in Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University, is a certified Cryptologic Physical Scientist and was awarded a USAF Space Operators Badge for satellite work while at the NSA.

BRENDAN GALLAGHER is a freelance writer and editor specializing in aerospace and telecommunications. He edits the Inflight Online Daily Web news service for the IFE and passenger communications industries and Inmarsat’s Swift Express newsletter. As a contributor he writes for Via Inmarsat magazine and Jane’s Airport Review, and he reports for the Flight International daily newspapers published at the world’s leading air shows.

IAIN RONIS is an account manager in EMS Aviation’s DC office. As one of the first three employees of EMS Sky Connect at its founding in 2003, Ronis has been involved with every facet of its growth. A jack of all trades for the company, Ronis has provided on-site installation support in various countries, answered international support calls 24/7, and presented seminars on airborne tracking. In addition to marketing and advertising responsibilities, Iain oversees the company’s IT resources and other corporate office matters. He is a private pilot (fixed-wing and helicopter), dabbles in photography, and enjoys chauffeuring his daughter to dance class five times a week.

As EMS Aviation’s Quality Certification Lead, NORMAN VINCENT brings more than 30 years of experience as an engineering manager in the Aviation field. Vincent is responsible for EMS Aviation’s avionics certification programs and has deep knowledge and experience in commercial, government and military programs, and certification requirements. Most recently, the Director of Advanced Sales and Engineering at Eurocopter Canada Limited, he has also held high-level positions at L3 Communications (SPAR Aerospace), the International Air Transport Association and Air Canada. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree, Electrical Engineering from Ryerson Polytechnic University, Toronto, Canada.
