Forultimate flexibility the 12-key telephone pad can be used to dial any phone number in the world as well as be used just like text-messaging on a cellular phone. If desired, operators may limit outbound calls to mission purposes only by disabling the phone number dialing feature on the dial padand using the pre-stored number library.
